Long-Term RV Rental Program

Texas Lakes Ranch RV Park has developed an innovative program that combines the rental of both a back-in site and RV for one price. These RVs vary in size and age but generally are between 29’ to 37’ in length and from 6 months to five years old.

Here’s a quick outline of the rental program:

• Rent $1,250 month plus electricity & propane. Water and sewer included.
• Minimum 3 month stay required.
• To be considered for the rental program, Guests must pass a background check.
• Guests must adhere to all Park Guidelines.
• $500 Deposit and first month rent must be paid prior to move-in. If you're staying longer than 3 months, ask about our payment plan!
• Maintenance and repairs are included in the rent.
